I contacted MJ Home Services about some water damage in my attic. They came out and did a thorough inspection of my attic and roof. Because of the attic leaks and overall condition of my roof, I decided to go ahead with a roof replacement. Melissa had an estimate to me in no time, and we agreed to move forward. Their estimate was clear, concise and very reasonable. Unfortunately, my financing fell through at the last minute, so I was unable to have the work done at this time. Melissa was incredibly kind and understanding about my predicament. I’m basing this review on the professionalism, communication and affordability of MJ Home Services, and I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

I have had a damp corner in my basement and my tenants alerted me to the fact that there was some mold appearing. I had been using a handyman to bandaid the situation for a while and hadn’t heard anything from my tenants, figuring No News=Good News.

My situation was not an emergency, but the MJ crew got right on it, removed the mold, and seemingly fixed the problem where the water was coming in. They responded quickly, came out in speedy fashion, and the work seems like it was very well done.

I highly recommend their services.

Had some minor water damage in our basement following a big storm. Since we had sold our house, it looked bad during the initial inspection. Found MJ Home just through a google search and they were very quick to respond. John came out within a day or two, quickly assessed the situation and told us an estimate. They came out less than a week later and were on time (early actually) cleaned up after themeselves and MOST importantly, fixed the problem.
